Way to add vegetables in your diet..3 minute mozzarella cheese balls with lots and lots of vegetables that makes your recipe more healthy and nutritious..
Ingredients:
½ cup finely chopped onions
½ cup finely chopped beans
½ cup finely chopped carrot
½ cup finely chopped cauliflower
½ cup finely chopped cabbage
½ cup finely chopped capsicum
½ cup boiled and crushed corns
½ cup grated cottage cheese(paneer)
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Finely chopped coriander leaves(dhania)
2tsp Crushed kali mirch(black pepper)
2tsp Chat masala
Salt(according to taste)
Bread slices
Method:
1. Heat the pan and add oil.
2. As the oil gets hot, add onions and sauté them for only 20-30 secs. Dont overcook the onions.
3. Then add beans, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage .Add salt. Saute them for 1minute.
4. Then add capsicum, corns, black pepper, chat masala and let them cook for 1 minute.
5. Then switch off the flame and let the vegetables cool down properly.
6. After the vegetables cool down to room temperature ,then add cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, coriander leaves and mix them thoroughly.
7. After then take bread slice and dip it into the water and then gently press the bread to remove excess water
8. Then fill the bread with stuffing and roll it to make a ball.
9. Then dip the ball into batter (maida+water) and then coat the ball with bread crumbs and your ball is ready to fry.
10. Then deep fry them in a hot oil till it becomes golden brown and remove them on paper towel to remove excess oil.
11.You can also fry them in a air fryer .Just preheat the fryer and place the balls in fryer and oil them with brush and fry them at 200 degree for 10-12 min or till golden brown.
12. Mozzarella cheese balls are ready to serve.
