How to make Jeera aloo bhindi | Lunch Recipe | जीरा आलू भिन्डी सब्जी | Harpal Singh Sokhi | | chefharpalsingh

Jeera Aloo Bhindi

Ingredients Quantity
Bhindi (lady finger ) 250 Gms
Potatoes 2-3 Nos Small
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp.
Red chilli powder 1½ tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
Chopped Green chillies 2-3 nos.
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Method of preparation
1) Wash Lady finger well and pad dry them and keep a side .
2) Take potatoes with skin ,wash and cut into batons and keep in bowl and add water in it.
3) Take lady finger trim the top and bottom part of it and cut in to quarters.
4) Heat oil in a pan add cumin saute till brown.
5) Add green chilli chopped and saute well.
6) Add Potatoes mix well and cook for 5 Min or till soften.
7) Add Ladyfinger and mix well .
8) Add salt,Termeric powder,Red Chilli powder,Garam masala powder,and mix well and cook for 10-12 mins.
9) After 10-12 mins of cooking add fresh coriander and mix well.
10) Remove in serving plate and serve Hot.
