How to make Kalakand | Gulkand Kalakand | Rose Kalakand Recipe | रोज़ कलाकंद | Ananya Banerjee

Kalakand is an Indian dessert, which is extremely delicious and mouth-watering! It melts in your mouth so quickly! #indiandessert #kalakand #rosekalakand

Ingredients:
1 cup Paneer
1 cup Mawa (Khoya)
1/2 cup sugar
Cardamom powder (to taste)
Gulkand (for flavour)
Rose Syrup
Chopped Pistachios & Almonds

Method:
Heat a pan, add 1 cup Paneer
Add 1 cup Mawa (Khoya)
Add 1/2 cup sugar
Gently mash and mix everything well.
Add Cardamom powder to taste.
Add Gulkand (for flavour)
Drizzle some Rose Syrup.
Add chopped Pistachios & Almonds.
Stir everything well till it becomes one mass.
It will take about 10 minutes.
Grease a try and spread kalakand mixture.
Garnish with Almonds, Pistachio & Rose Petals.
Refrigerate for couple of hours to set.
Take out the tray and cut into squares to serve.
Enjoy Delicious Gulkand Kalakand!
