Ingredients list:
For dry masala
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
1 green cardmom
2 laung
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds powder

For curry
500 m small sized potato
3 + 2 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
1 pinch heeng
1 tsp salt
2 mediun size onion
3 medium size tomato
1 tsp garlic paste
½ cup curd
¼ tsp ginger powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasoori methi
Few green coriander leaves
