How to Make Low Calorie Hiyashi Chuka with Shirataki Noodles | Cooking with Dog

Have you heard of Shirataki noodles? They are made of konjac and very low in calories. We are making healthy Hiyashi Chuka using this Shirataki instead of regular ramen noodles. This is a must-see recipe for people on a diet.

How to Make Shirataki Hiyashi Chuka

(serves 2)
2 packages of Shirataki Noodles (360g/12.7 oz)
100g Char Siu - Chinese-flavored Barbecued Pork or substitute: Ham (3.5 oz)

Kinshi Tamago, shredded friede egg sheet

½ Tomato
½ Cucumber
100g Moyashi Bean Sprouts (3.5 oz)
Salt
Sesame Oil

- Sauce - (180ml/6.1 fl oz)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
70ml Water (2.4 fl oz)
½ tsp Ginger Root, grated
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Karashi Hot Mustard to taste

180g shirataki noodles: ONLY 11 kcal
120g regular ramen noodles: 337 kcal

砂糖:大2
水:70ml
おろし生姜:小1/2
ごま油:小1

練り辛子(お好みで)

白滝180gは約11kcal
中華麺1玉120gは337kcal
白滝に変えるだけで326kcal減
