In Methi Pak recipe, I use Fenugreek powder, a combination of flours (wheat, urad, gram, moong) as a base, Edible gum, mixed nuts, dry coconut, Ghee, Jaggery for sweetness, Poppy seeds, spices like Batrisu (Katlu Powder), Gokhru Powder, Sonth (Dry Ginger Powder), and Pipramul (Ganthoda Powder). Gujarati Methi Pak It has a bittersweet taste and has a grainy-soft texture.

Ingredients :
- Methi Powder (Fenugreek powder)
- Gunder powder (Gunder)
- Sunth powder (Ginger powder)
- Ganthoda powder (Pipramul)
- Ghee
- Topru (dry coconut)
- Gud (Jaggery)
- Dry fruits

Preparation :
- Heat Pan and add Ghee
- Add Jaggery and melt in law flame
- Add Gunder powder
- Add Methi Powder
- Add Sunth Powder
- Add Ganthoda Powder
- Add dry coconut
- Add Dry fruits
- Apply oil on plate (Grease plate)
- Transfer Mixture into greased plate
- Let mixture cool down completely
- Cut into pieces and serve
