Learn the quick and easy recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani Basic Cooking.Ingredients:3 Dry Red Chillies1 Cup Urad Dal1/2 Cup Chana Dal1/2 Cup Rice Grains3 tbsp Coriander Seeds2 tsp Cumin Seeds2 tsp Mustard Seeds1/2 Cup Wheat Flour1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder2 tsp Dried Ginger Powder1 tsp Asafeotida1 tsp SaltMethod:- In a pan dry roast urad dal, dried red chillies, chana dal, rice grains, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.- Put the roasted ingredients in the mixer blender.- Dry roast wheat flour for couple of minutes.
