Vanilla Essence130 gms. Refined Flour25 gms. Cocoa Powder1 tsp. Baking Powder½ tsp. Baking SodaDark Chocolate GanacheMethod:-The Dough:-In a bowl take butter, caster sugar and brown sugar and mix it with a beater. Add vanilla essence to it and beat again till pale in colour. In another bowl, take refined flour and add cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix all of it well. Mix this with the butter and sugar mixture and bring it together. DO NOT KNEAD. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.The Filling:-Make ¼ tsp. Size balls of the chocolate ganache rolled in cocoa powder.The Cookies:-Take 1 tbsp. Cookie dough and roll it into a ball. Press the ball slightly to form a disc shape and then place the chocolate ganache ball in it. Then take some more cookie dough and cover it to form a smooth ball with no cracks on the surface. Now take some more dough and stick it to the bottom of the ball. Place the balls on a lightly greased baking tray 2 inches apart from each other. Once all the cookies are made, freeze them for 1 hour. After an hour has passed, bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
