Serves - 3 to 4 people

INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
1. Water - 2 cups
2. Salt - 1/2 tsp
3. Ghee - 1 tsp
4. Rice flour - 2 cups

For Ammini Kozhukatai (Mini Modak):
1. Oil - 1/2 tbsp
2. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
3. Dry red chillies - 2
4. Split Urad dal - 1 tsp
5. Asafoetida - 2 pinches
6. Curry leaves - 1 sprig
7. Grated coconut - 1 tbsp

For Paal Kozhukattai (Milk Modak):
1. Milk, semi-skimmed - 2.5 cups
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Coconut milk - 1 cup
