How To Make Parathas Without Breaking | Aloo Paratha Recipe | Indian Mom's Kitchen

This Aloo Paratha video will show you how to make Aloo Parathas at home with filling right up to the edges. The secret lies in the amount of filling that you have to take in proportion to the dough and also the way to seal the filling tightly with the dough without leaving any air pockets. Many people make the mistake of taking very less filling as compared to the dough which is wrong and hence your Parathas will never have filling till the edges. Another problem that people face is the breaking and seeping outside of the filling. This happens when the dough is not tightly wrapped around the filling and you leave air pockets through which the seepage takes place. Ingredients:

3 cups Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil
4 large boiled Potatoes
2 finely chopped Chillies
1 cup finely chopped Onions
Salt to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
Chopped Coriander leaves
Ghee as required
