Careful place the eggs in the water.- Let the eggs cook on medium flame for 8 minutes. Then switch the flame on high and let them cook for 2 minutes.- Remove the boiled eggs and place them in cold water for few minutes.- Remove the skin and cut the eggs in half. Sprinkle little salt and pepper on the eggs.
