Here's the follow up for pizza with Italian 00 flour part 2. Now that we've made our dough, we can focus on the toppings. I kept things pretty simple and roasted some tomatoes as well as eggplant. The best part about making pizza at home is you can make it how you want!

In Part 1, we went over making the dough using Italian 00 flour. In part two, we cover finish up the toppings and bring everything together!
