INGREDIENTS

Serve (8-10)

Arhar/ Toor Dal– 200 gm
Pumpkin - 200 gm
Carrot - 1 Medium
French Beans - 150 gm
Drum sticks - 2
Curry Leaves - 10-12
Brinjal - 2 medium
Garlic – 8 cloves
Onion – 2 Medium (chopped)
Tomato – 2 Medium (chopped)
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 2
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp or as per taste
Sambhar Masala – 3 tbsp
Tamarind - 2tsp
Asafoetida - 2 Pinch
Oil – 4 tbsp
