Ingredients:
Toasted Brioche (optional)
-Sauce-
1 cup Cream
1 cup White wine
1/4 cup White wine vinegar
1/2 cup Sliced or diced onions
1 small bunch of Tarragon (reserve half for garnish)
1 tbsp Black peppercorn
1/2 lb Butter
Salt to taste
