INGREDIDENTS:
1/4-1/3 cup vegetable OR sesame oil
15 Cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 1/2 inch ginger (finely chopped)
6 Shallots (or spring Onions, minced)
2-3 tbsp Paprika - mild chili variety
1 tbsp Red Chili powder hot variety
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup or tomato paste
3 tablespoons sugar
Salt to taste
