Sheer Khurmu (Sheer korma) also called "Seviyan" is a Eid special recipe OR Iftar menu .
Mainly prepared from Seviyan ,Milk , nuts etc.

Ingredients :
- Seviyan (vermicelli)
- Ghee
- Chironji (charoli)
- Kesar (saffron)
- Kishmish (raisins)
- Kaju (keshew)
- Badam (Almond)
- sugar
- Milk

Method :
- Add ghee into pan and heat.
- Fry nuts (Chironji ,Kishmish, Kaju , Badam)
- Take out fried nuts into bowl.
- Add ghee into pan to fry vermicelli (Seviyan)
- Add vermicelli and stir till golden brown.
- Add boiled milk and stir for few seconds
- Add kesar (saffron) and sugar.
- Add rosted nuts and stir for 1-2 minute.
- Take out Seviyan into bowl
- Garnish with nuts
- Sheer Khurma / Seviyan is ready to serve.
