Cashew-nut, 2 Green Chillies, 1-inch piece ginger, 3 tbsp. Milk)½ Cup Milk2 tbsp. Curd2 tbsp. Fresh Cream½ tsp. Garam Masala1 tbsp. Raisins1 tbsp. Chopped Walnuts1 tbsp. Cashew-nuts200gms. Lightly Fried Paneer CubesSteamed CauliflowerBoiled green peasSalt to tasteMethod:-In a pan, heat some butter and cook the grated onion until brown. Then add boiled and half churned tomatoes to it. Once the ingredients dry out a little add cashew-nut paste, milk, curd, cream, garam masala, raisins, walnuts, cashew nuts and mix it all together. Now add the paneer cubes, cauliflower, green peas and salt as required. Add milk if gravy is too dry.Turn the flame off and Shahi Paneer is ready to serve with hot parathas!
