An authentic dessert made using hung curd is simple and absolutely divine. SHRIKHANDIngredients1½ cups hung curd¾ cup sugar¼ tsp green cardamom powderA pinch of nutmeg powderA large pinch of saffron, soaked in 1 tbsp warm water + for garnish2 tsps charoli + for garnish6-8 almonds, blanched, peeled and sliveredSlivered almonds for garnishSlivered pistachios for garnishMethod1. Take hung curd in a large bowl, add sugar, mix and set aside for 10 minutes. 2. Add green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well. Strain this mixture using a strainer into another bowl.3. Add saffron, charoli, and almonds and mix. Cover and keep the bowl in the refrigerator till the mixture is chilled completely. 4. Transfer the shrikhand into a serving bowl, drizzle soaked saffron, almonds, pistachios, and charoli. 5.
