Recipe method and Ingredients: 2 eggplants1 onion2-4 tomatoes1 tsp each cumin, mustard and nigella seeds2 tbsp garlic Salt, Turmeric and chilli powderCilantro or dried fenugreek leaves as garnishWe steam this eggplant after peeling and chopping them for about 10 mins. Blend them and fry them with spices and onion- tomato base. Serve with parantha.
