Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)

500 gms Pork
250 gms Pineapple
1 tsp Salt (+ 1/2 tsp)
1/2 tsp Red chilli pwd
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Vinegar
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 small Onion
1/2 cup Red bell Pepper
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 (+ 1/4 ) cup water

Method: Marinade Pork for 15-20 mins with Salt, Red chilli Pwd, Turmeric and ginger garlic paste. In a Pan, heat oil and fry onions and bell peppers. Add soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar and mix well. Add pineapples and let them caramalize. Brown Pork in another pan and add in with pineapples. Add water and bring to boil. Mix in cornstarch paste (cornstarch + water) and let the curry thicken up. Adjust salt and serve curry over rice or noodles.
