In a Pan, heat oil and fry onions and bell peppers. Add soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar and mix well. Add pineapples and let them caramalize. Brown Pork in another pan and add in with pineapples. Add water and bring to boil. Mix in cornstarch paste (cornstarch + water) and let the curry thicken up. Adjust salt and serve curry over rice or noodles.
