How to Make Tai Chazuke (Green Tea Poured over Fresh Sea Bream and Rice Recipe) | Cooking with Dog

We are making Tai Chazuke, marinated red seabream rice bowl with hot green tea. The aroma and rich taste of sesame will bring out the flavor of the seabream. You will be addicted once you have tasted this. It's so delicious and goes great with sake! I can eat 3 bowls of Tai Chazuke.

100g Fresh Tai - Sea Bream (3.53 oz)

3 Mitsuba - Japanese Wild Parsley
5cm Naganegi - 2" Long Green Onion
1/2 sheet of Toasted Nori

240g Steamed Rice (8.47 oz)
Wasabi to your taste

3 tbsp Toasted White Sesame Seeds

- Marinade - [serves 4]
3 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Mirin
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 piece of Kombu (2 1/2"x2 1/2" / 6x6cm)

- Green Tea -
10g Green Tea Leaves (0.353 oz)
600 ml Hot Water (2.54 u.s. cup)

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml

100g de Brema do mar fresca

- Marinada de gergelim -

60 ml de Sake
40 ml de Mirin
60 ml de Shoyu
1 pedaço de alga Kombu (6x6 cm)
6 colheres de sopa de Gergelim Branco Torrado

- Temperos -
3 Ramos de Mitsuba - Salsa Japonesa
5 cm do talo de Naganegi - Cebolinha Verde Longa
1/2 folha de Alga Nori Tostada

240g de Arroz Cozido

Wasabi a gosto

- Chá Verde -
10g de Folhas de Chá Verde
