Ingredients Needed:
1. Boiled Rice (You can use your left over rice for this)
2. 1/2 Capsicum
3. 1 Bunch of Coriander
4. 1 Onion
5. 6 cloves of Garlic
7. 1 Tomatoes
8. 1/2 Carrots
9. 1 Medium Flower of Broccoli
10. 1/2 Cucumber
11. Green Chili Paste (you can use red chili paste as well, whatever is available at your house)
12. Red Chili Powder
13. Salt
14. 4-5 Basil Leaves (we love it so added this many, you can use as per your liking)
15. Few drops of Hot Sauce (Please use as per liking. We like it hot, so we have spiced up the level by adding a few extra drops)
16. Tomato Ketchup or Tomato Puree
17. Chili Flakes
18. Cheese (go bananas over it )
19. Coriander Leaves for Garnish
20. Oil To Fry

Method:
Now beautiful ladies and handsome lads, let's try and do this systematically so that we can finish cooking as soon as possible. A little bit of meticulousness now, will help you calm that rumbling tummy of yours :P

1. First, wash, peel and chop all your vegetables.

2. Blanch your Carrots and Broccoli flower. Wondering what blanching is? Well, blanching is a cooking process wherein the food substance, usually a vegetable or fruit, is plunged into boiling water, removed after a brief, timed interval, and finally plunged into iced water or placed under cold running water (shocking or refreshing) to halt the cooking process.

3. Take a tbsp of oil and fry all your remaining veggies

4. Now add the wet ingredients: hot sauce, tomato ketchup or puree and hot sauce

5. Mix well

6. Add the left over rice and mix well

7. Add salt and pepper

8. Take it off the flame, add as much cheese as you want to it and garnish with a coriander leaf. Please make note of the fact that, the more cheese you add the more bland it will be. If you want it spicy and cheesy, you will have to up the hot sauce and chili flakes level in your dish

Bon Appetit!
