4 Prawns
2 pieces Squids
2 slices Sweet Potatoes
2 slices Kabocha Squash
1 Eggplant, small-size
1 Green Asparagus Spear
2 pieces Maitake Mushrooms, bite-size

[Tendon Sauce]
100 ml Dashi Stock (3.38 fl oz)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sugar

[Tempura Batter]
3 tbsp Cold Water
3 tbsp Tempura Batter Mix

[Seasonings for prawns and squid]
1 tbsp Sake
Salt

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
