Set asideDissolve jaggery in water on medium heat in a saucepan. Bring to boil then let cook for 3-4 mins until caramalized or the syrup thickens. Mix sesame seeds, cardamom powder, coconut and dry fruit in the jaggery syrup and mix well while stirring everything quickly. Pour on a greased plate while still warm and flatten it out with your spatula and let it cool down. Make cuts so that its easy to cut into pieces later when it has solidified completely.Can be stored in an airtight container for upto 3 months.
