It's the weekend and we're overdue for a date-night! Given current conditions, I think we'll have to do Italian at home. Katie's favorite pasta is hands-down Vongole Pasta (Spaghetti with Clams). We'll show you how to make it just like the restaurants. Few Scoops of Pasta Water with alot of stirring - so you get that emulsion with the fresh clam juice, garlic and oil.
