How to use mojama part one Tapas

Ever wondered what Spanish people eat? Today were playing around with one of my favourite ingredients mojama.

Packed with umami flavor and a chewy texture, mojama is a salt-cured, air dried tuna. I describe it as a tuna jerky. Watch the video to learn how to make 3 easy no-cook tapas or pinchos.
