Ingredients

Butter 3 Tbsp
Green chilli 1 tsp
Ginger & garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Onion 2 medium
Tomato 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala 1 Tbsp
Green peas 2 Tbsp
Coriander Chopped 2 Tbsp
Pav 2 no
Sev ¼ cup

Method
Heat butter in a pan and add chopped green chillies , ginger and garlic paste saute well.
Add chopped onion and saute .When onion turns translucent add chopped green pepper and tomatoes, mix well.
Once the veggies are cooked add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala.
Add salt and little water and cook it for 5 min.
Now add boiled green peas and chopped coriander and mash it with a masher or spoon.
In a same pan make a space for toasting the pav with little butter.
fill the pav with masala and also spread it over the top.
Remove it from the pan and serve hot with onion rings, sev and lemon.
