Kidney Beans Cashew & Beet Hummus
Ingredients :
Boiled Kidney beans - 1 1/2 cup
Boiled beetroot - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 3
Garlic - 5 cloves
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil - 5 tbsp
Ice cubes
Water - 2 tbsp

Garlicky Broccoli Almond Stir fry
Oil - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 2 tbsp
Broccoli(Blanched/Steamed) - 2 cups
(Soak the broccoli in hot water for 5 mins and then rinse it with cold water.
You can aslo steame the broccoli for 5 mins)
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1 tbsp

Crispy Sesame Bread Fingers
Ingredients :
Bread cut in Fingers
Melted butter - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Oregano - 1tbsp
Sesame seeds
