This Video shows how to make Chicken Dum Biryani on Stove Top. Please watch till the end of Video for detailed instructions.

You need to use proper pot to keep on stove top and cover everything. Make sure steam not go out from pot. then follow the below flaming to cook.

1 - keep in high flame for 7- 10 min's ,
2- Keep in medium flame for 15 min's ,
3- keep in low flame for 20 min's. Thats it. Biryani Ready by now..

Here are the Ingredients for 6 cups of Rice and 1 to 1.5 KG Chicken

Basmati Rice - 1 KG or 6 cups
Chicken - 1Kg to 1 1/2 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste- 3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Curd - 1cup
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Mint- 1 small bunch
Green chillies - 12 to 14
Lemon -1
Oil - as needed
ghee/Butter - 2 to 3 tbs

cashews whole -6
green cardamom - 7
black cardamom -1
cloves - 12
cinnamon - 2 inch stick 1
star anise - 3
mace - 1 to 2
marati moggu - 3
shahjeera - 1 tsp
bay leafes - 4 to 5
Black stone Flower - 2 small pieces
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
Kewra essence - 1 tsp
Food Color or Saffron
Biryani Masala Powder: Griend below spices..

Below are the Ingredients to Make Biryani Garam Masala Powder for this recipe : Griend the below ingredients and use every thing.for 6 cups of rice.

Coriander Seeds- 2 tbs/ 6 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 to 1.5 tsp
Shah Jeera - 1 tsp
Green cardamom 7 to 8
Black Cardamom - 1
cloves 12
Black pepper corns - 12 to 14
cinnamon - 2 inch stick 1 ( equal to cloves)
star anise 2 full flowers
marati moggu 4
Mace - very small piece
bay leaf small 1
Black stone flower - small 1 .5 inch piece
Nutmeg - small piece
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
