Try out and share your experience with us.#HyderabadiMuttonBiryani #MuttonBiryani #Biryani Ingredients: 1 kg Mutton (boneless) 700g Rice1 cup Yogurt 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup Oil (in marination)2 tbsp Lemon juice (in marination) 1 tsp Yellow food color 1 tbsp Whole spices 1 cup Tomato puree 2 Green cardamom 2 Black cardamom 1 Bay leaf 2 Cloves 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 3 tbsp Fried onion paste 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp Papaya paste 1 tsp Garam masala powder1 tbsp Chili flakes 4 Green chilies (chopped) 1-2 Lemon juice (in cooking) Mint chopped for garnish Coriander chopped for garnish Green chilies chopped for garnish Ginger chopped for garnish Tomatoes chopped for garnish Lemon slices for garnish Fried onion for garnish Directions: In a bowl add mutton, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, fried onion paste, green coriander, mint, papaya, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, green chilies, lemon juice and oil. Mix them all well, marinate for 3 hour and keep in refrigerator. In a bowl soak rice for 20 minutes. In a pan add water and bring it to boil. Add whole spices, green cardamom, black cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, cumin, lemon juice and oil in boiling water. Add rice in it and cook until 80% done, then strain them and keep aside. In a separate pan add marinated mutton, water, cover it and cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until meat is tender. In a pan layer mutton, rice, garnish and repeat it again. Now add food color on top and let it simmer for 10 minutes. In end heat a coal and smoke your dish for 5 minutes. Your tempting biryani is ready to serve.
