Hyderabadi Naan with Indian National Soup MuligatwanyIngredients For Soup:-Butter - 2 tb spnPepper - 1 tspCumin seeds - 1 tspGarlic(chopped) - 1 tspGinger(chopped) - 1 tspOnions(chopped) - ½ cupLeeks - ½ cupCelery - ½ cupCarrots - ½ cupTomatoes - ½ cupApple - ½ cupVegetable Stock - 1 litreToor dal(boiled) - ½ cupChana Dal (boiled) - ½ cupFresh Cream - 3 tspSalt - As per taste.Method:-Heat butter in a pan add butter,pepper,cumin seeds and roast it for a minute,add garlic,ginger,onions.Saute it for sometime. Now add celery,carrots,tomatoes,chopped apple,vegetable stock,boiled toor dal and chana dal boil it for sometime. Drain it and grind it and again strain it as shown in the video.Lastly add salt and finish it by topping it up with fresh cream.Hyderabadi Naan:-Ingredients:-Maida - 1 cupWheat Flour - ½ cupYeast - ½ tspEgg Wash - 2 tspSugar - ½ tspWater - As RequiredSalt - As Per TasteMethod:-In a Mixing bowl add yeast,warm water,sugar and activate yeast. Then add Maida,Wheat flour and mix it into a soft dough.Rest it for 2-3 hours in a warm place.
