Hyderabadi Lukhmi Filling / हैदराबादी लुखमी फिलिंग
Mutton Keema 1 cup / मटन कीमा एक कप
Oil 3 Tablespoon and frying / तेल 3 चम्मच और फ्राइंग
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon / अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट 1 चम्मच
Onion 1/4 cup / प्याज 1/4 कप
Tomato 1/4 cup / टमाटर 1/4 कप
Chilli powder 1 Tablespoon / मिर्च पाउडर 1 चम्मच
Garam masala 2 Tablespoon / गरम मसाला 2 चम्मच
Turmeric powder 1 Tablespoon / हल्दी पाउडर 1 चम्मच
Fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon /ताजा धनिया 1 चम्मच
Salt to taste / नमक स्वादअनुसार
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon / नींबू का रस 1 चम्मच
Green chillies 1 Tablespoon / हरी मिर्च 1 चम्मच

Lukhmi Outer Cover / लखमी बाहरी आवरण
Maida 2cup / मैदा 2 ली
Salt to taste / नमक स्वादअनुसार
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon / सिरका 1 चम्मच
