Weve all heard of Iberico pork and beef carpaccio being served at restaurants, but in a Japanese restaurant? Practically unheard of.

Yes, I did a double take when I saw such items being featured as signature dishes at Kenhiru, a modest Japanese eatery located in a remote location just off Orchard Road. They're very nicely done!
