Making Pudding With Agar:-

Ice Apple (Fruit of Asian Palm or Toddy palm ) cools our body and mind in hot summer.The ripened palm fruits can also be eaten raw, boiled, or roasted.

Things You'll Need:-

Ice Apple ------------------------ 250 Gm
Agar ------------------------- 10 gm
Water --------------------------- 1 Litre
Sugar ---------------------------- 1 Cup
Colour --------------------------- If needed

Method of Cooking

1. Wash the agar well and soak it for 15 minutes.
2. Peel the ice apple and make it as a pulp.
3. Boil the agar with about 700 ml of water. It should not have lumps.
4. Add the pulp to agar mixture and bring it to a boil.
5. Add the sugar for your taste. bring to a transparent consistency.
6. If you need colour, add now.
7. Pour it to mould of your choice. Cool it for atleast one hour.
