Things You'll Need:- Ice Apple ------------------------ 250 GmAgar ------------------------- 10 gmWater --------------------------- 1 LitreSugar ---------------------------- 1 CupColour --------------------------- If needed Method of Cooking1. Wash the agar well and soak it for 15 minutes.2. Peel the ice apple and make it as a pulp.3. Boil the agar with about 700 ml of water. It should not have lumps.4. Add the pulp to agar mixture and bring it to a boil.5. Add the sugar for your taste. bring to a transparent consistency.6. If you need colour, add now.7. Pour it to mould of your choice.
