How to make Sabudana Upma Recipe | Saggubiyyam Upma | Sago Brakfast Recipe | Quick and Easy Sabudana Recipe :

Soak sago in water by washing them and draining the water for 2 hours to overnight. Fry groundnuts till they change colour. For 2 cups sago, take 1 cup groundnuts. Grind the groundnuts as shown. Heat a pan and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, onion pieces and fry for some time. Add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and fry. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon salt. After the onions are fried add soaked sago, mix and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add fried groundnuts and mix. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.
