Cook time:10 mins each batch
Ingredients:
For dough:
Refined flour(maida):2 cups
Oil:1/4th cup
Salt: pinch of
Carom seeds(ajwain):1/2 tsp
Water as required
For green masala:
Coriander leaves
Green chillies:6-7
Ginger: 1 inch
For dry masala:
Coriander seeds:1 tsp
Cumin seeds:1 tsp
Fennel seeds:1 tsp
Dry red chillies: 2
For potato masala(stuffing)
Boiled potatoes:4,medium
Mustard oil:1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida(hing): pinch of
Cumin seeds:1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder:1 tsp
Turmeric powder: pinch of
Garam masala:1/2tsp
Dry mango powder(amchur):1/2 tsp
Salt:1/2 tsp or as per teste
