Incredibly delicious Fresh Fried Sardines with Capers, Lemon and Pine Nuts

If you like fresh sardines, you will love this recipe. Very simply done by crumbing (breading) the sardines, then frying them in olive oil. They are then topped with crispy capers, toasted pinenuts, lemon and parsley. A simple dish with those healthy Mediterranean flavours. Serve it with a fresh crisp Mediterranean style salad.
