India's Best Catcher of Parotta in Chennai Indian Street Food

This is a traditional way of making parotta, a popular Indian bread from the Kerala region. One of the men is standing at a counter, where he is taking a ball of dough and throwing it high into the air. The other man, standing at a stove, is catching the dough and quickly placing it on a hot griddle or tawa. As the dough lands on the griddle, the man at the stove uses a metal spatula to spread it out and cook it. The dough puffs up and becomes crispy and golden brown on the outside, while remaining soft and flaky on the inside.
