Roti Strips:
1. In plate add 250 gms besan flour, add ajwain, add salt.
2. Mix with water and knead into dough, soak for some time.
3. Make roti in round shape, roast in fire directly or tava.
4. Cut into strips, keep aside
Roasted Veggies Gravy:
1. Cut onion, tomato in round slice, cut capsicum, peel garlic pods, keep aside
2. Roast onion, tomato, capsicum, garlic pods one by one, keep aside.
3. Roast 3 green chilly, keep aside
4. Crush and grind these roasted vegetable, keep aside.
5. In big vessel, boil water, add salt, add roasted vegies, add cumin seeds, red chily powder, cook.
Roasted Vegies:
6. Keep few slices of roasted tomato, onion, garlic, capsicum to add to roti strips.
