Indian Honey Bread - Sahad Roti is an amazing Indian flat bread made with a mix of honey, fennel, kalonji and pepper added to together with all-purpose flour and made into roti and pan fried until browned.

Ingredients:

Pepper 1 ts
Fennel 1 ts
Kalonji ½ ts
All purpose flour 1 cup
Ghee 2 ts
Cooking soda 5 g
Salt
Honey ¼ cup

Directions:

Take a bowl add crush pepper, crush fennel, kalonji, salt, all purpose flour, ghee, cooking soda, Honey, some water, mix it like a soft dough, rest it for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions help with rolling pin roll them out into small medium chapattis. Place the roti on the hot griddle and cook them with ghee on both sides.

Serve this with your favourite curry.
