Roasted Brinjal:
1. Wash & clean whole brinjal in water.
2. Apply oil outside whole brinjal and roast them in fire charcoal
3. After few minutes, peel the skin of brinjal, mash it, keep aside
4. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, add roasted brinjal stir and fry for few minutes.
Keep aside
Dahi Olo Raitha:
1. Empty clean vessel add curd, clean & chopped coriander leaves.
2. Add brinjal masala mix to curd, stir & mix well

Dhuvaniya Marcha or Smoky Salad Chilly:
Stuffing Preparation: In clean empty vessel add
1. Finely chopped cucumber deseeded, add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and tomato.
2. Add little sugar, salt to taste, coriander & cumin powder. Mix well.
3. Slit red chilly at one side for stuffing.
4. Add this mixture inside the red chilly, keep aside
5. Roast in grilled fire.

Vadi nu Mix Shaak or Mix Vegetable Stew or Gravy
1. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, let it splutter, add cumin seeds.
2. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion fry.
3. Add chopped brinjal, chopped potato, stir & fry
4. Add salt, green chilly stir fry
5. Add chopped ginger, chopped field beans, chopped cluster beans, peas. Stir-fry
6. Add salt, turmeric & red chilly powder
7. Add water to cook the vegetables.
