Ingredients and Method
3-4 boiled potatoes
2-3 Grated (or boiled/mashed) carrots
2 cups shredded or finely chopped cabbage
small piece of onion chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli pwd
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp black pepper pwd
2 tsp amchur ( Dry mango powder)
1 tsp anardana powder ( dried pomegranate powder)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup corn starch
oil for deep frying

Method:
Mix all the vegetables well together. Add spices and flour. Add corn starch and form small round balls. Heat oil in a wok/ pot and then once its hot, deep fry these balls until golden brown. Serve hot as a snack/appetizer/starter or add in a gravy of your choice to serve as a main with rice or noodles.
