Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Milk powder 1 & Cup
-Sugar Cup or to taste
-Instant coffee 1/3 Cup
-Hot water 1 Cup

Directions:
-In blender,add milk powder,sugar,instant coffee, & blend well.
-Take out in a bowl & let it rest for 5-10 minutes to remove its moisture.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (shelf life).
-Yields: approx. 300g
-In a jug,add instant coffee mix (2 tbs),hot water (1 Cup),mix well & serve!

Ajza:
-Milk powder 1 & Cup
-Sugar Cup or to taste
-Instant coffee 1/3 Cup
-Hot water 1 Cup

Directions:
-Blender mein milk powder,cheeni,instant coffee aur dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein aur 5-10 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 1 month kliya store ker saktay han (shelf life).
-Yields: approx. 300g
-Jug mein instant coffee mix (2 tbs) aur garam pani water (1 Cup) dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein!
