Instant mango Kalakand#MangoKalakand #PaneerMangoKalakand #KalakandPreparation time : 10 mins Cooking time : 20-25 mins Serving : 4 pax Ingredients Quantity Mango 1 nos Paneer 250 gm Walnut 1 tbsp Pistachio 1 tbsp Milk ½ cup Cardamom powder ½ tsp Condense milk ½ cup Citric acid a pinch Ghee 1 tbsp Method : 1. Wash, peel the mango , and cut it into slices . 2. In a blender , add slices of peeled mango and make a fine puree . 3. In a plate , using grater grate the paneer , keep it aside . 4. Heat a pan , add walnut , pistachio and dry roast it , transfer in a plate , keep it aside . 5. In same pan , add milk , mango puree , mix it well , allow it to get bit thick . 6. Now add grated paneer mix it well . 7. Now add condense milk , stir well on low flame . 8. Now add citric acid and stir vigorously until it start leaving the pan , off the flame . 9. Add ghee , stir constantly until its mixed well . 10. In a silicon mould , add assorted nuts , kalakand mixture , settle it nicely ,allow it to cool down at room temperature . 11. Once it reaches room temperature , refrigerate it for 3-4 hours . 12. Remove it from silicon mould once it reaches desired stability . 13. Cut it into square shape , transfer it into serving plate . 14. Its ready to serve .
