Instant Oats and Rawa Dosa/Breakfast Recipe | chefharpalsingh

Ingredients
Rawa(semolina 1 ½ cup
Oats ¼ cup
Curd 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water ½ cup + 1 cup
Soda bicarbonate ¼ tsp
Oil to drizzle
Method:-
In a bowl add in the rawa, oats, curd salt and ½ cup of water and mix well and keep aside for 10-15 mints
Now add in the soda bicarbonate and 1cup of water to adjust the consistency like a dosa batter.
Heat a nonstick tawa and spread the batter on it.
Once it starts cooking drizzle some oil at the edges of the dosa and cook until golden brown from below.
Turn the dosa and remove it on the serving plate. Similarly make the rest and serve with coconut chutney.
