Instant Pot Wings & Roasted Potatoes

Cook perfect wings for just a few minutes in the Instant Pot before crisping under the broiler. Same for potatoes. Here's how:

WINGS: Place a steamer inside your liner pan in the Instant Pot. Add 2-3 pounds of chicken wings. Add 1 cup of water. Seal pot, set valve to SEALING position. Set on Manual or High Pressure, with timer set to 10 minutes. When pressure cooking is done, use a natural release for 10 minutes, then release remaining steam. Oil a rack on a foil-covered cookie sheet, place wings on the rack and brush with any kinds of sauces you like-- hot wing sauce, BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce. Broil for about 3-5 minutes, then flip the wings, rebaste with sauce and broil another three minutes.

For potatoes, cut small new potatoes in half (unpeeled) and place in a steamer inside your Instant Pot liner pot. Add a cup of water. Close the lid, place valve to SEALING and set on MANUAL or HIGH PRESSURE for 5 minutes. When pressure cooking is done, use an instant release. Baste with olive oil and dill. Roast in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are nicely browned. ENJOY!
