Thandai flavored Sevai Kheer, Vermecelli Pudding| Special Indian dessert.Ingredients:Ghee 1 Tbsp.Brown sevai or Vermecelli- 1 bowl assorted Nuts 2tbspMilk- 2 cups (mugs). half ltr.Thandi syrup- 3TbspCardamom Powder 1/4 tspMehod1. Ghee 1tbsp in a heating pan,2. Add Assorted nuts, saute for a minute3. Add Vermecelli and saute till vermecelli is brown and fragrant.4. Add milk and let it cook for 3-4 mins, till its get soft.5.
