Instant Vegetable Biryani
INGREDIENTS:
Papaya (pieces) - 10 pieces
Salt - As Per Taste
Potato - 2 nos.
Carrots - 2 nos.
Beans - 150gms
Mushrooms - 6 nos.
Broccoli - 150 gms
Flavoring salt - 1 pinch
Whole garam masala - 2 tsp
Shahi jeera - 1tsp
Cashew nuts - 10 nos.
Onion - 2 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Salted vegetables - 20gms
Green peas - 100gms
Paneer pieces - 150gms
Green chillies - 5 nos
Water - As Required
Lemon - 1 no
Ghee - 1 tsp
Rice (Boiled) - 1 cup
Saffron water - 1 tsp
Kewra water - 1 tsp

Directions:
Heat oil in a pan, Add papaya pieces, salt, potato pieces, carrots, beans, mushrooms, broccoli and a pinch of flavoring salt saute it for 2-3 minutes and transfer into a plate.

In the same pan add whole garam masala, shahi jeera, cashew nuts, chopped onions saute it till turnd golden brown in colour.

Then add ginger garlic paste, curd, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, sauteed vegetables, salt, green peas and cook it till nice aroma comes out.

Now add paneer pieces, green chillies, water, lime juice, ghee, boiled rice, coriander leaves, saffron water, ghee, and kewra water. Let it cook with the lid closed and put it on the tawa and cook for 10 more minutes on a slow flame.
Now delicious Instant Vegetable Biryani ready to serve with raita.
