International food & wine journalists at Cinco Jotas dehesas

ICEX & Foods & Wines from Spain has invited a group of food & wine journalists from the USA, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Switzerland, Brazil and Chile to discover de Andalusian flavors. The first stop was at the Cinco Jotas bodega and dehesas in Jabugo, where they learnt everything about the acorn-fed 100% Ibrico ham.
