International Women's Day Special Burmese Khowsuey By Arina | India Food Network

What better way to celebrate International Women's Day than to give you all a taste of something innovative and of course, delicious. So here it is, Khao Suey- a dish that can be absolute delight, both while cooking and also to eat. And with that, let us raise a toast to all the females out there!

Ingredients

4-5 mushrooms cut into chunks

Assorted bell peppers diced (green, red and yellow)

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup of assorted boiled vegetables (carrots, baby corn and french beans)

Khowsuey paste (10 cloves of garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger, 2 tbsp of coriander seeds, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 2 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli powder, little water)

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, de-seeded and finely chopped

Salt to taste

2-3 tsp of oil

2 stock cubes

Pepper to taste
